What data we process and why
Data from the enquiry form (name, phone, e-mail, message content) is processed solely to handle your enquiry and prepare an offer. Data from the careers form is processed for recruitment purposes. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or the controller's legitimate interest.
Retention period
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of negotiations and subsequently as necessary to protect legal claims, for a maximum of 3 years. Job applicants' data is kept for the duration of the recruitment process, with consent for up to 1 year.
Who we share data with
We do not pass personal data to third parties except technical service providers (hosting, e-mail) bound by data processing agreements. Data is not transferred outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Complaints may be lodged with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). To exercise your rights, contact hanak@drbergr.cz.
